M N A Studio is covered both for Public and Products Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
 
Do you offer any additional services other than planning advice?
M N A Studio offers concept designs, rendering, planning drawings, 3D models, engineering services and project management.
 
Would I be protected with a contract?
We operate under the strict conditions of the law & we pride ourselves on ensuring that each project has a detailed written contract that can be conveniently signed electronically.
 
What is your accreditation?
M N A Studio is headed by a fully qualified registered ARB Architect.
 
What is your payment method?
All our fees are to be paid via electronic bank transfer, usually a 50% Deposit to begin the works & remaining 50% upon completion of the proposal and before submitting to the council, subject to the nature of the project.
 
Can you arrange for material samples?
M N A Studio is happy to arrange for free samples to be available from manufactures for the client’s review, where possible.
 
How are additional works approached? what is the process?
M N A Studio will calculate the amount of additional work requested, the customer will be updated on the fee for the additional works, and an additional agreement will be prepared and signed to represent the additional works.
