The practice was set up by Armo Akanesyans (ARB), a registered Architect in 2016 in order to deliver high quality personalised Architectural design and planning services for individuals & community projects.

Armo has completed his Architecture studies at 3 universities:
De Montfort University (Part I)
University of East London (Part II)
Westminster University (Part III)

Our services consist of general Advise pre-applications, full plan application, building regulations, structural drawings & structural calculations. We have experience working with most councils within the M25 and are comfortable with the latest building regulation details.
